Use your most important keyword in the title of your page.

Put your keywords in the description tag:
<description>description of website</description>
Put important keywords in the keywords tag:
<keywords>you keywords here, My keywords,morekeywords,keyword phrase</keywords>.

Be sure to add your primary keywords in the first paragraph and bold it. Don't try to out smart the search engines just do your best to write normally this is what google, yahoo and msn are looking for...good original content.

Do not stuff your keywords into your page or blog. Do your best to write for your niche marketing viewers. If you are having a hard time writing your own good content I suggest hiring someone who can help you. Hire Copywriters.
